General conditions for order processing at Focus LFP Sp. z o.o. valid from 29.09.2026.
1. Scope of application
1.1. The following terms of cooperation apply to all Customers of Focus LFP Sp. z o.o.
1.2. Exceptions are clients who have concluded a separate written agreement with Focus LFP Sp. z o.o.
2. Placing an order
2.1. Orders are accepted exclusively in a documented form (e.g., e-mail).
2.2. The order should contain all data necessary for its execution, including billing data (with an active VAT-EU number), material type, print resolution, dimensions, quantities, finishing, packaging, file names, delivery dates, and shipping address.
2.4. The regulations of the courier or carrier selected or accepted by the Customer apply to the shipment.
3. Order changes and cancellation
3.1. All changes and cancellations must be reported in writing and confirmed by Focus LFP Sp. z o.o.
3.2. For later changes resulting in reprints, the Customer bears the production start-up costs.
3.3. Cancellation: The Customer covers 100% of the gross value of the canceled order and disposal costs.
4. Graphic files and proofs
4.1. Focus LFP Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for errors in the Customer's files (typos, dimensions, colors).
4.4. Lack of objections to the proof before production starts equals product acceptance.
4.6. The Customer is liable for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from the file content.
5-6. Deadlines and Realization
5.2. The deadline is counted from: agreeing on the scope, accepting proofs, delivering correct files, and confirming the transfer (if required).
6.1. Production takes place in supervised conditions according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
11. Complaints
11.1. Damage upon receipt must be documented with a carrier protocol (with photos); no protocol means no valid claim.
11.5. Discrepancies must be reported immediately, max 3 working days from receipt.
12-13. Liability and Law
12.2. Focus LFP Sp. z o.o. is released from all third-party claims regarding file contents.
13.1. Place of delivery and payment: headquarters of Focus LFP Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław. Competent court: District Court in Wrocław.
