Warranty Terms

Detailed conditions, scopes of warranty, and guidelines for the use of printed materials manufactured by Focus LFP Sp. z o.o.

1. Banner materials

Warranty Period

  • Coated frontlit, blockout, backlite, mesh – 12 months
  • Laminated frontlit STRONG 440, 510 g – 3 months
  • Exception: standard laminated frontlit – no warranty.

Coverage includes

  • ✓ Color fastness (UV resistance) and material structure.

2. Foils

Warranty Period

  • Monomeric, polymeric, cast foils – up to 2 years (outdoor)
  • OWV foil – up to 1 year (outdoor)

Coverage excludes

  • ✗ Application errors (wrong substrate, bad weather conditions during application).
  • ✗ Mechanical damage and vandalism.

3. Textile materials & 4. Flags

Warranty Period

  • Display materials (sublimation) – up to 2 years (indoor)
  • Flag materials & Flags – up to 6 months (outdoor)
  • Flagpoles and accessories – 12 months

Maintenance

  • Wash at up to 60 °C.
  • Iron at 150-170 °C.
  • Winds > 40 km/h: flags must be removed from the mast.
